    • Provide training and support to clients on company products, services, and processes
    • Analyze and report on client performance metrics and provide regular updates to management on the status of client relationships and initiatives
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for new business and growth.
