    What I do..

    • Manage the day-to-day activities of the executive, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Coordinate and prioritize the executive's work schedule and ensure that they are meeting their deadlines
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive, and ensure that they are accurate, timely, and professional
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Act as a liaison between the executive and other members of the organization, as well as external partners, customers, and stakeholders
    • Manage and prioritize email and phone communications, and ensure that messages are responded to in a timely and professional manner
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure that meetings are productive and efficient
    • Conduct research and prepare background materials on topics relevant to the executive's work and responsibilities
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and systems, and make recommendations to the executive
    • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as managing expenses, filing, and maintaining records.
