Buy the system, or wear the argument.
Both made to order. One bay holds the digital products and toolkits, delivered the second you buy. The other holds a small print-on-demand collection, made when you order it. Different carts, same standard.
The exact systems I use with clients. Yours to put to work today.

Get a fast win →Six instruments. One is free, because one of them is a test you should run on me.
Each is a real working document, not a teaser. Take one, run it this week, and you'll know more about your business than another discovery call would tell you.
The Deck-and-Vanish Test
Ten questions to ask before you sign anything, with the strong answer and the red flag written beside each. Most engagements fail in month four, not month one. Run it on me too.

The working document from a real engagement. Names and spend blacked out. Structure, sequencing, owner column and subtraction list untouched. A specimen, not a template.
figure to setAdd to cart →The Bottleneck Audit
Demand, systems, visibility, scored separately and never averaged. Growth stalls in one place and the other two get blamed. Ten minutes tells you which one is real.
figure to setAdd to cart →The Hours Bleed Calculator
Manual work never appears on a P&L. It hides inside salaries you already pay. This moves it onto a line with a number attached. Observe the hours, don't remember them.
figure to setAdd to cart →The SOP Starter Pack
The five processes that break first in a growing business. One owner, one trigger, one definition of done. Adapt the wording, don't adapt the structure.
figure to setAdd to cart →The Founder's Dashboard
Nine numbers covering demand, conversion, economics and survival. One primary, eight diagnostics. If a metric isn't on the page, it isn't a scoreboard, it's a diagnostic.

Made to order and shipped worldwide through Printify, so nothing sits in a box waiting to be wanted. Books route separately, through retailers rather than merchandise, because a book is not a t-shirt and shouldn't be sold like one.
The Subtraction List tee
The five things we refused, printed on the back. Everyone sells you the build list. This is the other one.
View the piece →Friday Number mug
For the ten minutes a week that hold the whole cadence together. Posted whether it moved or not.
View the piece →Operator's notebook
Three priorities on Monday, one decision at month end. Ruled for people who write down what they refused.
View the piece →How it ships
Each piece is printed and dispatched by Printify's production partner closest to you. Typical production is two to five business days, then transit on top. Sizes, materials and a full care note sit on every product page.
Returns
Made-to-order means no restocking, so returns cover defects and print faults rather than change of mind. That's stated up front rather than buried in a policy page, because it's the thing people find out too late.
Books are separate
Titles I've produced or edited are sold through retailers, not here. The Selected Titles shelf lives with the publishing pillar under Services, where the role and year sit on every cover.
