Twelve years in the messy middle, where good ideas go to die.
Someone has to own it.Marketing, operations, systems, and more recently books. The work founders quietly dread handing off, taken off the plate by one person who answers for the outcome.
I build the engine most businesses only wish they had.
For twelve years I've worked remotely on the things founders quietly dread handing off. The marketing, the operations, the systems, the messy middle where good ideas go to die without someone to build and run them. More recently, the books, because a finished draft is just another good idea waiting on someone to own the pipeline.
The businesses I moved the needle for most weren't the ones who needed more effort. They needed one person to take the whole thing off their plate and own the outcome. So that's the work I do now.
On working across timezones
I work with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. I treat the timezone as part of the offer rather than a scheduling detail, because it's the thing most likely to go quietly wrong.
